SHIPPING POLICY
Please note: While we had previously been shipping all orders USPS, we have recently started using UPS. Your order may arrive either via UPS or USPS, depending on what you list as your shipping address. Our flat rate shipping costs remain the same.
We ship all products via USPS and charge a flat rate shipping charge of $4.75 for standard shipping and $10 for expedited shipping. How quickly you receive your package depends on your location but you can generally expect to receive your order in 3 to 5 business days for standard shipping and 1 to 3 business days for expedited shipping.

For customers in Hawaii and Alaska, we charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping.

If you live in WA state, you can generally expect to receive your order within 1 to 2 business days and don't need to select expedited shipping.

If you live in the Pacific Northwest or on the West Coast, we have noticed that it takes, on average 2 business days for delivery to Oregon and Idaho. California shipping times vary and can take up to 3 business days. If you live in the Pacific Northwest or on the West Coast, expedited shipping may not be required. Please make your selections carefully.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Please follow the steps below for exchanges:

If your product was damaged in shipping, please click here to complete the form. You will need to email or upload pictures of the damaged items. They will be replaced at no cost to you. Please note: we do not ship any of our items in glass jars or containers. All containers are plastic and can be recycled.

If you received the wrong products, please click here to complete the form. You will need to upload or email pictures of the items you received and we will check this against the order you placed. You may keep the incorrect items. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns. You can discard the items or gift them as you see fit.

If you do not want a replacement of a damaged product or your original product, make sure you put this information on your form. Otherwise we will assume that you want one of the two options listed above.
