Hydrating toners give an extra boost of hydration to the skin. Green tea extract has both anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. This extract soothes the skin, regulates the production of sebum, protects the skin from free radical damage and may reduce hyperpigmentation. It is good for all skin types.

Sodium pca draws water to the surface of the skin, keeping it hydrated. Water soluble shea butter gives you all the benefits of shea butter without that greasy feel. It absorbs in water and if you didn't know it was in this product, you wouldn't be able to tell. 

Together all these ingredients work to hydrate the skin while reducing irritation.

Apply to clean, dry skin. Use a cotton round or pad, apply until just wet and rub on the face. Stop if irritation occurs and discontinue use.
